Advice please

So I be having left abdominal and pain on the left side of my uterus for this whole. I started Monday and stopped I believe yesterday. I been feeling nauseous and queasy. Smells of food makes me sick talk of food makes me sick. March 27- April 3 appears to be my ovulation window. Yesterday I was check my cervical position and my cm had streaks of blood in it. My period isn’t due til April 14/15. What could this be and has this happened to anybody? I hope this is a good sign ??
