Any advice please? Im new to fully tracking everything

Question

I also took an ovulation test yesterday due to I havent had any eggwhite cm and usually that's how I tell if I'm ovulating, it was my first time taking one. I've been off of birth control for a year almost, 
The 38 day cycle you see on here I had ovulated late and it made my period 9 days late.

Answer

Start using opk after your period because you can ovulate early and later in your cycle! Once you start getting stonger line start testing 2 times a day about 12pm and 7-8pm once you get your peak ( test line is darker or just as dark as the control line) then you BD that day and the next 2 days! Ovulation should occur 12-36 hours after your first positive!  Only thing I say is if you partner get stage fright don’t tell him when your about to ovulate some can’t get off!
