A little help... 10dpo

I'm currently 10po, I haven't tested yet but has anyone had any BFP from anything I have mentioned? It wasn't until I looked back on it today (10dpo) that made me think oh shit, I might be....

1-5 dpo

Not a clue... I didn't even think I was pregnant.

Since 6dpo

I have had a horrific cold, a really sharp dull ache pain in the groin on the left hand side, I had to keep moving my leg as I quite restless.

8dpo

Very sore boobs... I had to stop husband touching them, a little evening nausea, pain the groin now gone.

9dpo

Again sore boobs, head ache, nausea again (maybe to do with cold), I've had a nap today, had my favourite dinner today and it just did not taste the same (again maybe because of cold) felt sick in the evening too.

10dpo

Same as above, even longer nap, I was actually sick this morning which surprised me. Headache & a weird watery discharge.
