BCAA supplements

So I'm trying to get back into working out and building muscle. Before I had my daughter I was very much into fittness and going to the gym, but my post baby body is definitely not the same and I feel so weak now and had lost a lot of muscle and gained fat 😞

I'm already drinking protein shakes post workouts which really helped me build that 🍑before but I was wondering if I should also start taking BCAA. Does it help building muscle? Does it help you build endurance? Anyone who takes this I appreciate any feedback and/or your favorite brand. Thanks
