Weird pains in lower abdomen, hip and back

So I’m experiencing some weird pains in my lower abdomen, kinda all the way across but more prominent in my right side as well as my hip and back. I had a light period a few days ago that was mainly old brown blood and only lasted 5 days instead of my usual 9+ which was weird for me!

Haven’t felt this much pain in a while, anyone have any ideas on what it could be?

I’ve also tried having a hot shower and taken some painkillers about an hour ago but it hasn’t eased it at all!
