Tips on Stop Breastfeeding my toddler

In May I will be celebrating two years of breastfeeding my baby girl. I am now facing the trouble of how to make my toddler stop breastfeeding. She loves to drink her milk from me or it’s probably comforting for her. I do breastfeed her right after waking up, throughout the day, before her nap, before going to sleep and some times during midnight. I know it’s probably way too much but we got used to that rhythm. I need some advice from moms who had done this step already please!!
