Feeling hopeless...Anyone have any idea on what I should do?

My partner and I have been trying to conceive for over 2 years now, we have a 4 year old girl that we got pregnant with at 18, so we have had a successful pregnancy but haven’t been able to get pregnant since. I just had labs done because I have irregular periods and always have, but the past year it’s gotten worse, so far the results I’ve received back are; estradiol - 37, fsh - 6.1, prolactin - 10.87 and tsh - 4.75

Also the labs were done on day 4 of my cycle.

I don’t know if those are normal levels and I don’t know where to go from here...
