Why is this happening to me?

So I wouldn’t call myself fat or obese by any means. My body shape is a pear. I have a small waist, but then I’ve got wide hips, massive ass /thighs and calves that all carry masses of excess weight. My arms have recently gained a hell of a lot of weight too and it just sits or rather hangs there.

I have a healthy diet, I eat a portion of carbs/veges /fruit/meat and am strict with just one or two biscuits a day. I don’t eat junk food or chips or fast food or soda drinks or ice cream. The only thing I can only think of that might be a problem is I’m sometimes having too many carbs/white foods such as a sandwich for lunch and pasta for dinner. But come on! This is normal!

I have recently (since December 2019) started exercising regularly doing walks and HIIT exercises. I’ve noticed my muscles growing but I’m not losing any weight at all.

I have such a healthy diet realistically, healthier than most without actually dieting.

I don’t understand why the weight sits there. I can’t seem to lose it for the life of me. Ive been exercising so hard and really adjusting my mentality to lose this weight.

But it just doesn’t drop off...I’ve noticed no changes in my weight at all.

Why is this happening to me? Am I doing something wrong ??

Can anyone give some suggestions as to what I could be doing differently? Maybe this is a hormonal problem....

(FYI have regular periods and no cramps)

I’m so desperate to lose this weight...I just don’t understand what I could be doing differently.

Perhaps it will take time....I’ve only been exercising for a few months regularly as in walking. Only recently picked up HIIT training a couple weeks ago.
