Am I pregnant or is it hormones?

Took a test about 2 weeks ago it was negative. I have an IUD that was checked a month ago to verify all is well and she said it’s perfect. But I’m having vivid dreams like I did when I was pregnant. Eating cheese a lot like I did in my early days of pregnancy. I made eggs the other morning and my mouth was watering at the smell but I took two bites and almost vomited. Is it just my hormones going wild since I’m BF or do I need to take another test? And yes I am nursing.
