7 mo scream crying

My 7 mo old usually sleeps pretty good after the regression period. I thought it was over? Maybe I’m wrong. But the past few nights she just wakes up screaming like she’s being hurt every half hr to hour. Any suggestions? She doesn’t take the bottle, doesn’t need a diaper change, have lullaby’s playing, night light on, nothings changed in her bed time routine since birth.
