How do you know if you have an infection
I’m 6 days pp, I don’t have fever, my head hurts, my lower abdomen hurts a lot even when I’m not breast feeding, some times I can’t even walk but I keeps thinking is gases, my bleeding was stoping but It came back ... with my last two pregnancies I don’t remember being like this .... my recovery was pretty fast. I keep looking for strange smell and I think I only smell like old blood like when you’re ending your period 🤷🏻♀️ Idk ... any tips?
