fluid leak??

I’m 31 and 2 days, of course I would be wearing nude underwear when this happened but I kind of felt a little bit of something leak out I can’t use the word gush because it wasn’t like that, but it got my underwear pretty wet and my pajama pants a little as well. I know it isn’t urine because I had just peed not to long before that. It’s odorless but I wiped it like an idiot before this photo and it had a bit of a milky looking mucas to it, it was just laying there watery and kind of mucas-y with no odor. I’m currently on Abuterol to keep labor away because I went into preterm at 28 weeks should I call my dr or is this just a discharge?
