Help!!! I need ideas for 3yr old birthday

Hi everyone I am asking for help. My son will be turn 3 in a couple of weeks. With this quarantine I have no idea what to do for him. I know my family wont be able to attend and that break a heart a little. But my son will be celebrated. I want him to know that he is loved and we are celebrating his life. Because he means alot to us. So please everyone help me with ideas. Activies wise I have no clue
