AF 3 days late after confirmed ovulation via OPK, but still at BFN. When did you get your BFP?

I confirmed LH surge via Clear Blue Digital opk on the evening of March 11th (I was testing twice a day). I should have ovulated on the 12th with an expected AF DD of April 4th. There is not even a spot of bleeding though I’ve been very crampy for the last week. My nipples and side of my boobs have been so sore that my DH can’t hug me from the front. Unfortunately, all of my pregnancy tests are coming back stark white. I feel a little nervous about going to the hospital for blood test as my hospital has a bad surge of COVID-19 cases among its staff. Am I out this month?
