Feel like I need to make a bowel movement 24/7

Im 37 weeks today and the past week I feel like I have to poop like all day and night!
Also have cramps and feels like my left hip is dislocated to where I can barely walk...
I was almost 2 cm dialated last appointment.
Anyone else having or had this in previous pregnancies?
How long before your water broke or you lost your mucous plug?
