Pcos and trying to get pregnant

Hi everyone it's been awhile since I have been on here my last period was February 18 2020 and only lasted four to five days I believe I do have pcos they found a cyst on my keft ovary it's nothing harmful they have told me but I'm very anxious I haven't taken a test yet because Everytime I do it's negative and I don't want to disappoint myself or my husband we've been trying for two years right now I have not started yet I keep waiting to see if Ido usually I don't have many symptoms before I start except these TMI THESE ARE WEIRD LETTING YOU KNOW

first sign is common bad acne

Second sign I get a smell that smells like blood like I can smell my blodd before I start and other then that I get slight cramps nothing bad

Right now I'm supposed to be on my period as you can see in the picture I have been very active sexually with my husband but I dont remember what it was like being pregnant it's been over two years since ive been pregnant any advice ??? My cycles are unusually long and idk why but they are usually they are monthly which means every 30-32 days I'd have a period I'd see a doctor but I have no insurance if I don't start at all this week that means I've missed two periods cause it's been way over a month and usually I don't go over 35 days without having one
