small spot/lump inside clitoral hood?

I noticed today that I have a small red spot/lump on one side of my clitoral hood, it isn’t really painful but sore and sensitive if touched.

It looks like it could be a pimple, but it seems like a very weird place to get one, though when I looked it up I have seen people saying they’ve had pimples down there.

It could also possible be a little bruising from sex/masturbation but I’m not really sure.

Has anyone had something similar to this? Or any advice?
