Why me?

Everywhere I go, someone is bragging about their pregnancy. Dont get me wrong, I'm happy for them but it never fails when I'm in public someones always announcing theyre pregnant. I have PCOS(so the dr told me, but didnt do any kind of test). June 1,2019 I lost my little baby at 7 weeks. It has been a lomg road and I'm just wanting my little bean to be here already. Sometimes I feel like somethings wrong with me because like now I am currently 19 days late for AF and have taken to hpt and they were both negative. Took a ovulation test just for the heck of it and it had 2 lines(the control line dark test line vvvvf). I'm not understanding this. I'm confused. Should I call dr tomorrow or this week coming up amd tell them to do tests to see whats going on or wait it out? Who else feels where im coming from?
