I need help/ advice ASAP

I’ve had this discharge for about a week now and I think it may be BV. I have a lot of yellow discharge.. ir has a varying smell of either yeast or beer and my vagina itches sometimes (not a lot) recently I had sex with a guy I was seeing and we didn’t use a condom I’m worried that he may have given me something but mostly BV.

I haven’t told my mom because I’m only 18 and I’m scared to go to the doctor (I’m insecure about down there 😬) I just need someone to guide me on what to do about this, I’m worried and I don’t wanna risk having something dangerous.
