Overreacting??

No judging!!!

So my boyfriend has a gay friend which before i get started I have no problem with gay people.

Anyways.. my boyfriend and him talk back and fourth because they once worked together..well this guy continuously calls him babe, baby etc and one night around 3am messaged him "hey babe can we talk" I've read their messages before and my bf has never said anything inappropriate in anyway towards him that I know of but this guy also send hearts, blushy faces etc and I feel beyond uncomfortable with it and asked my bf many time to set boundaries with this guy and after 6 months he finally agrees to speak with him.

Am I wrong for feeling weird about this "friendship" and I'm not saying I don't trust my bf the guy just has absolutely no respect for me and his relationship at all especially when there has been countless times that he's texted EARLY IN THE A.M (2am,3am,4am) asking to "talk💛" while calling him baby

and to further say to reply to a comment they aren't that close they talk every now and then and most of the time my bf doesn't respond much because he's always doing something
