crys till chokes

if i put my baby down say her crib at night ir bassinett in the day for a nap she starts stirring then crying then screaming I'll try rock the bassinett ill hold her tummy play white noise ill talk to her nothing calms her down till i pick her up and if i leave her more than a minute or so she starts choking shes screaming and grinding her throat that loud she didnt used to do this its super annoying but also scary as shes coughing and spluttering
