What happens if i don’t go to the doctor my whole pregnancy

I don’t want my family to find out im pregnant I’ve been wearing baggy clothes what happens if I don’t go to the doctor the whole pregnancy ? Will the baby still be ok. No hate please.

Cause everyone is asking for reasons I will tell you . My family would be extremely upset with me. They just would . The father is not in the babies life my family doesn’t even think I am sexually active . So I am going to be a single mom which is seen as bad in my family. I don’t have a job or money . But I want the baby. there’s no way I can go to the doctor without people knowing . Thank you for the advice . I’m going to rethink this.
