Uninterested in toys

My LO turned 4 months old on the 5th. He has always been physically ahead and he is very interactive. He laughs and smiles with you, he blows raspberries, he said “mama” and throws kisses at you as well as babbling and sound imitation but when it comes to toys, he looks at them and stuff but doesn’t attempt to grab them or stick them in his mouth. He sticks his fingers in his mouth and grabs at his burp cloths too. Also grabs his hands and knees but not toys🙁. He seems more interested in the patterns on clothes and blankets but not the dangling toys on his pack n’ play or gym. Is this normal and okay? What should I do?😕
