‼️TMI‼️ implantation bleeding?

Hello everyone I have a question and I really need some insight. So yesterday I started bleeding but it wasn’t my normal period bleed it was and is still today very mucousy. I usually get bad cramping a day or 2 before my period but I had no warning. I checked my cervix (which my ob loves and approves of) and it’s very high to the point I can’t feel it my vaginal walls are very soft and my cervix is also sort of slopped up and tilted back towards my back if that makes sense all of which are not the norm for me. I’ve been having itchy boobs for 3 days and insomnia for 3 days as well as lack of appetite. My mom and sister keep saying it’s my period but I don’t believe it is because of the differences. I’m not filling a pad the way I usually do the only reason I’m changing I throughout the day is to keep an eye on the amount. Also I usually have a few nice thick blood clots about the second day into my period and I don’t have it with this what looks like blood clots are these tiny little raindroplet size things and there’s only been maybe 5 of those since it started yesterday. I do have a few tiny stringy blood clots today but nothing major. I really need to know if someone has had a little bit of a heavier implantation bleed and gone on to have a normal pregnancy. I’ve taken a pregnancy test and it’s obviously negative considering this started yesterday so any hcg wouldn’t have time to build up yet. But also too when I pee in the cup to take the test the blood in the urine was pink. Thank you anyone for their insight!
