How to handle two year old tantrum while pregnant 🥺

So I have a two year old little boy. He’s a handful on good days. I was sitting watching a movie and he came and crawled in my lap so I helped him up and had a little cuddle. He decided like 15 seconds in that that’s not what he wanted so he got down, this was a cycle for about 5 times. Y’all my tits are sore and I’m nauseous 24/7 because I’m 7 weeks pregnant. I just wanted to relax so I put him down and had him sit on the floor because he obviously didn’t really want to be in my lap. All HELL broke loose, he SCREAMED, he CRIED, he KICKED, he SHOVED. At this point we are both overwhelmed and crying. I’m on the verge of vomiting and he’s absolutely heartbroken. I have no clue how to deal with a toddler that’s so easily triggered and I’m terrified to have another baby when my first acts like this.
