My s/o made me proud

My s/o stood up for me today when my in-laws yet again tried to plug away at anything & everything I do .

I work on the front lines in the war on COVID. As a precaution & mutual decision my s/o and I decided it would be safest for us apart at the moment and he is staying at his parents house for the past two weeks . I finally have a few days off & decided to get tested so we can go back to being a normal family again & my in laws were giving me shit for it. Legit made me feel like I’m a damn leper & disgusted for even getting a test done in the first place . They want to know why I even have to go back to work & keep hounding me to quit my job ( P.s I feel fine just want to make sure my s/o and I would be safe if we were near each other )

Seems like no matter what I do it’s never good enough or up to their standards .

And my s/o finally had enough of it .

I was so proud !!!

I know it was not easy for him to do but damn , it made me realize that he felt the same way I did about the situation.

Was very nice being a united front.
