We live in a place with not much sun so my doctor recommended to continue the drops until my daughter could eat the gummy vitamins. Now with my 4 month old a different doctor said to give children double doses of vitamin d in the winter

It’s the one I’ve used with my son from birth but he’s only 9 months now. 
I don’t think they need them after 12 months(?) but I could be completely wrong! I was planning on asking my health visitor at his next appointment.
