Green poop?

So baby’s stool has suddenly gone from a mustard yellow to green. I’ve read this could be a sign of a milk intolerance, is that true. My little man is currently all breastmilk. We recently tried adding some supplemental formula since I’m not pumping enough at work but he reacted badly after a few bottles so we stopped that last week

Could sometimes be from too much foremilk vs hindmilk.

This has happened to me a couple times. The pediatrician wasn't concerned as long as baby's previous poops were normal, and it doesn't last longer then a couple days.

my baby was having mainly green poo for about 2 weeks she was just getting the foremilk and not the fatty hindmilk she was snacking they suggested pump for 5 minutes first then give the baby the breast or start on the same breast you finished on i found this hard as baby only takes 1 breast at each feeding

My son’s poops are usually on the yellowish/brown/green side and his doctors are not worried about it! He has been formula fed for most of his life, though. So maybe this is just your formula still working it’s way out of his system?
