Don’t mind the leg hair please 👨🏻‍🦱 I got a cut yesterday and today it swelled up and is sore within like a 2 inch radius. It isn’t warm. I’m keeping neosporin on it, but I’m afraid to show my mum because she’s quarantined away from me and will freak out if she sees it. Does it look infected?
Also, don’t use body oil in the shower folks 🥴

You can only get stitches if it was done within 24 hours of injury, otherwise a doc might be able to glue it. But it does look infected girl, might want to think about getting it checked out

A lot less swollen than yesterday and hurts less. Should I keep covering it with antibiotic cream and bandaids or should I air it out a little? Doctor won’t take me bc My city infested with corona :/ feels better though. Thank you ladies

Dont put water and salt on your wound.... hydrogen peroxide will help protect it but it also kills good bacteria that protects against infection.....

You don’t need stitches. Use hydrogen peroxide to clean out the would. Leave clean and uncovered when possible. It will dry up. Don’t pick at it!

That looks like something that woulda healed better with stitches.
But you dont need them no. Especially not 24 hours later. Keep it clean and covered till it seems to be closing then let it air and clean it.
If it gets hot or more infected I reccomend getting a pharmacists advuce instead of a doctors due to the system being so pressured and they can give you the righr creams and maybe other tools to clean it.
