What can I feed my baby ?

My son has been eating baby food since he was 4 months old he’s now 6 months he’ll be 7 in a little over a week and I’m not sure what else I can give him I see people saying it’s okay to give him eggs , meat etc. but I don’t understand how I should feed it to him I’m a FTM so sorry if I sound dumb.

I didn’t start giving adult food until 9 months. Just a preference I now give her strawberries, blueberries, bananas, pineapple, whole milk yogurt, peanut butter sandwich, meatballs and pasta. Pretty much everything.

Have them try all kinds of fruits and veggies! Start your baby with healthy eating habits young!

They can basically eat anything except honey

I fed my kids what I ate from 6 months on. Just make sure the size and consistency is right for this age.
