Wisdom tooth extraction... Does this look normal?

It's Monday..  got them done Friday so it's been 3 days. Fear of dry sockets! Still in pain and take my medicine but does this look normal? I see white in my holes and the holes are so deep. 
Also, how the heck do I get good breath?! I brush very carefully but seems to only last a few minutes.. I do gargle salt water gently as well.

Looks normal. Did they give you a syringe to clean out the bottom ones? They take the longest to heal as the bottom jaw is more dense. The top jaw is more porous so it heals faster. Make sure you’re following all directions and they will heal perfectly!

I work for an oral surgeon and I would recommend not rinsing with anything other then salt water for atleast a week, no coconut oil or mouth rinse or anything like that just salt water, other things can prolong your healing. At this point I should be ok to brush and use toothpaste just stay away from back there. Also I would NOT use a monojet at this point. Usually we give our patients those when we see them back for their suture removal at 1 week because at that point the surface tissue is somewhat healed and the clots are absorbed and there is a lower chance of a dry socket! I would wait on that monojet atleast for another couple of days. As long as your not in any pain you should be just fine! Just take it easy and follow the instructions they gave and I’m sure you’ll heal great. 
Takes a total of 6 weeks for sockets to heal completely. But surface tissue heals faster 1-2 weeks

Once you’ve healed, I wouldn’t do it now, but you could do some research on oil pulling if you’re interested. It’s swishing coconut oil in your mouth, the idea is it gets rid of the bacteria. I have no idea if it works I never tried it. I’ve just heard about it.
