For those who worked full time (at least before covid)...
How did you manage to get regular work outs in?
I’m a stay at home mom and considering going back to work, but just wondering how I’d squeeze in exercise? Lunch break isn’t an option for my career. And waking up any earlier than needed sounds awful. And I feel like once I get home I’ll just want to relax.
So... when do you do it?
