Need advice!

Hi! So I’m not sure if i am the only one but i figured I’d ask! So this has been happening to me for years now but it was normal for me (frustrating but normal) I sometimes i have to concentrate reallllyy hard on peeing in order for me to go. Also when i have to pee reallllyy bad jt comes out so slow like a smaller than usual “stream” and my bladder is so full it hurts. Idk why this happens to me and if it’s something serious or what?! Anyone have any guesses or experience this themselves ?
