Ok so all of my life I have been more on the chubby side, and well after I had my son ( he’s almost 4 now ) I have been letting my self go. As in I have gained a LOT of weight ( i was 260 as of April 6th 2020 ) and that’s when I realized I NEED to change the way I live and the way I eat. Trust me I am not one to love exercise I am no but I need to make a effort for myself and my family, with that being said I started a diet that day and I cut off all my favorites like sodas, sweet things, anything with a lot of bread on it, anything fried you name it and for the last week I have been living off fruits and veggies and I know that’s kinda strict but I mean that’s the way I am if I start to slack a little I know everything will go down hill so I just cut it all of. I am very proud to say I have lost 5 pounds in 1 week and I am looking forward to shedding more and more weight with time. Sorry for the huge story but my question is what would be your goal weight??? I know we as women are expected to be have a small waist big butt and big boobs but what would you guys say is a good weight to have?? To few good about yourself to be happy. If you took the time to read this I appreciate yo taking time to do so and if anyone has any questions I am glad to help ( I am no expert ) I have just started my journey but I’m here for anyone that needs support!! ❤️❤️
