Period or Implantation Bleeding? (No pics)

Hi everyone,

So I’ve spotted for the last 9 days. I felt like my “period” or spotting started a little earlier than normal but was on tract according to Glow. Usually, it’s very light and spotty with one or days in the middle where I have to wear a tampon or two outside of a panty liner. It’s typically pretty clotty throughout the week. I’ve had no clots and it’s just been very light this time. Its also lasting longer than normal. Do you think it’s implantation bleeding or just messed up because of quarantine related stress??
