Cd14 cramps in one side

I’m on CD 14 out of a 32 day cycle, I’m out of opks so I’m not able to test but I’m having cramps on my left side near my hip. Glow says I’m not supposed to ovulate until the 19th. Do you think I’m ovulating earlier than glows projected date?
