High hcg? Something wrong?
Hi everyone
I just got my first hcg levels back at 18dpo or 4 weeks 3 days they are saying.

She said it’s really high. I know that it may not necessarily mean twins but should I be concerned that something is wrong ie molar or Down syndrome?
I’ve had two miscarriages and never gotten over 280 so I can’t bloody win!!!
Stressing a bit....it was via blood tracking. Results below.
