Did you all paint your nursery while pregnant?

I want to paint my baby’s nursery! But I am afraid the paint fumes may not be okay for me to breathe in. I have tried researching and some say it is okay, and some say it should be avoided. Did you all paint the nursery yourself? 
My husband says he doesn’t mind to paint it, but we all know how it would probably turn out!😂

My husband and I have been working together to repaint the inside of our entire house (of course not all at once). We just make sure we have plenty of windows open and fans going. Air circulation is key.

Sherwin Williams makes a low odor zero VOC paint. If you get a good paint and make sure the room is well ventilated it will be fine. My husband owns a painting company and that’s what we used for our first and it really didn’t have much of a smell and after a day it didn’t smell at all.

Yes I have been painting. I just make sure its a low VOC paint and that the windows are open to allow air flow.

I painted them both times and will this time I open all windows and have the fan on, if I get light headed or something i would stop but has never happened

Use paint that is safe... if it is very toxic you probably don’t want it around your baby ;)

I've redecorated my son's whole bedroom this pregnancy (we don't do a nursery because baby goes in our room). I didn't do gloss paint (like door/skirting boards) because they irritate my chest even when not pregnant and I had to take regular breaks when painting the inside of his cupboard but otherwise was fine.

I mean I didn’t paint a room but I was in my house when my spouse paint the whole inside of the house . And I painted multiple furniture pieces while pregnant and I had fans going and windows open and had no issues
