IRS our money on my account

Hello ladies I was checking my account because I wanted to make sure my cox bill was payed and I noticed something from the IRS processing $2200.00 in my account but the thing is I haven’t done my 2019 tax return or enter my bank information why would they put money in my account and how would they get it I am so confused. And IRS don’t answer me either the lines are not available.
