Elderly Driving, I’m PISSED!

I started my day off on a fairly okay note. Working on math homework, laundry, doing dishes. When 12:45 PM came around I went to run an errand for my mom and went to her doctors office to pick up Rx’s. Before I even got into the building, I parked in an area of the parking lot where there were no cars. Upon coming out I noticed that the parking lot was getting filled up fast. I get to my parents car and noticed that there was pant transfer from my car to the BIG TAYOTA TACOMA TRD. My small Nissan Leaf was parked just right. So here I am taking pictures of the license plate and the way the vehicle is parked then call 911 to do a police report. Had to wait 40 minutes for them to show up, they noticed that he took up two spots of parking. They went and tracked him down but then he tries really hard to swing it in his favor by saying it looked like I hit him at an angle then went on to say I really don’t see how this was caused by me. The attending officer says it’s her word up against yours but we will need you to repark your truck. He pushing 60 years old and so now I am left thinking his driving habits are being called into question. Attached is a photo, judge for yourself. Oh also, it took me 4 times to point out where he hit me because he just didn’t see it.
