HELP PLS

Hey ladies! So recently I’ve been having foul smelling odor from my vagina, white discharge, itchiness,dryness, Pain and frequent urination(this can also be bc I started drinking lost fo water recently) anyways yes and I might be ovulation and the itchiness was the first symptom I experienced on Saturday was when it first started I was also wearing tight underwear the day this happened and I woke up and had itchiness. Can this be genital herpes, a uti or yeast infection?? Pls help! My parents cannot find out about this
