Very Gassy newborn

My baby is 2weeks old she’s breast fed and she seems really uncomfortable like she has trapped gas she’s been grunting and passing gas constantly these past 3 days I’ve been rubbing her tummy and her back and burping her to try to get the gas out and I’ve tried giving her gripe water and it helped a little. Is anyone else going through this? It makes me so nervous and sad that she’s so uncomfortable is this normal in infants or am I doing something wrong? What other things can can I do?
