Could it be implantation bleeding or just my period

Hi ladies, I got my loop removed in January my period is always on time and so was after the removal it was ok, this month I was suppose to get my period tomorrow I got my period on this last Sunday night. I started having a terrible headache the whole day then in the evening I had terrible sharp back pain went to the bathroom to pee n saw a little blood slept nothing was on my pad on Monday I was bleeding really much and Tuesday it’s like my period was over Wednesday same as Thursday n today nothing just wiping Brown stuff. Am feeling dizzy in the morning n headaches are getting better but sometimes it’s really bad. I really don’t know is implantation or my period I haven’t tested as yet only have one stick I don’t want to waste as yet.

Anyone who has had a similar experience ended up finding out you are pregnant. What are your experiences mummies please help.
