Symptons stopped so early? 5w5days pregnant

Hey ladies, so according to the app, I'm currently 5 weeks and 5 days pregnant... when I first took the pregnancy test and confirm that I was pregnant, a few days later I started having the symptoms. Such as nausea mild to moderate cramps and my sleep schedule is off. My breast also is tender *a little*. But now all of a sudden these symptoms have stopped I'm having little to no symptoms. I'm barely nausea, my breast hurts every now and then, and I cramp little to none now and I just want to know if anyone else is experiencing the same thing or have experienced the same thing? I've had a miscarriage last October so of course I'm really concerned but what I can say is I'm not bleeding or anything like that I'm not even having this discharge. my first appointment is not until May 19th. by then I should be 10 weeks or so. I just need some advice so I won't worry as much
