Heart attack?

So I have IBS and last week I had a major flare up. Since then I haven't felt quite normal since then. So since Wednesday I have had a dull ache, real full feeling in my chest and between my shoulder blades. Its gone into my arm some and my jaw earlier was hurting really bad but it is better now. Also all the other symptoms listed above I have been having on and off since Wednesday. I am 23 and overweight and have high cholesterol and blood pressure sometimes. Naturally if its needed I will go to the er but I am trying not to because of the coronavirus. Also to add I have been drinking coke which is caffeine and I am not use to having caffeine normally if that makes a difference.

My symptoms started exactly as you are describing them. I was trying to ignore it but I couldn't, the chest pain was severe.. I went to the ER and I was definitely having a heart attack.. then a few years later had some severe chest pain to the point it was very painful to just breath so I went to the ER turned out to be a pulmonary embolism ( PC) a clot in my lungs.. all this happened while I was in my 20s so I think it's best to go to the ER. At your age it’s more likely to be gallstones or indigestion or even a pulled muscle but I would still call your doctors office to go over your symptoms w/ someone who has access to your full medical history (if you see a gastroenterologist for the IBS I would call that office 1st) 
I have IBS & Crohn’s Disease & had issues w/ gall stones before having my gall bladder removed, they’re very painful! I also had a thing called Esophageal Spasms that were painful in the middle of my chest & would then radiate out into my shoulder, I have them less now that both the Crohn’s & IBS are under control
