Need some help reading this.

Hubby and I recently found out someone very close to us was arrested a year ago with these charges. This said person has been watching our daughter alone since then, we didn’t know anything about this. This is the arrest record, or what they were arrested for.

I’m a little nervous and I’m not sure how to read it, does anyone here have any idea?
