2-month-old only sleeping around 10-11 hours per day. Should I see her doctor???
My baby only sleeps 10-11 hours a day, not the 16-20 hours recommended. Often she’ll only have 5-10 minute naps through the day. At night she’ll have longer stints of sleep; like 2-4 hours.
I know I shouldn’t be too worried about establishing a routine for another month or two. But I’m so worried she’s not getting enough sleep vital for her development.
What is your experience? Should I see a sleep consultant yet or wait it out???
Please help.
