omg. please read

so i went to the bathroom to poop and when i went to clean myself i saw blood. i thought i might of pushed too hard and hurt myself but then i cleaned again and more light blood. i started to get concerned and i decided to stick my finger up my home girl and i wiped and turned out i’m bleeding from my vagina. i am suppose to get my period in 11 days. had sex last sunday (7 days ago). could this be a sign of implantation bleeding? how soon can i take a pregnancy test? i am on birth control and have been for 3+ years. is this still possible?
