Spotting!!?

I’m a thirteen year old girl (14 in July), last year in August I got my period. For the first day there was a lot of blood for the next day it just looked like a view drops which was weird and then the next days maybe one drop and then I didn’t get anymore. After this I waited for my next period but then.. it never came. It had been 200 days and still I had not gotten my period, but I was calm because people said it was normal. Then I got a light red blood so then I was like okayyy I finally got it, maybe it’s just light right? And then the next day it was hardly anything much like the day before. My sisters said that that was still my period but maybe it was just light right? The next day I had no signs of blood again. So I searched up images of spotting and it looked a tiny bit like that but then I saw images of implantation periods it looked exactly like that but those apparently only occur after intercourse. So now I’m really confused and wondering if anyone knows what’s going on 😂
