Toddler cries like a baby
My daughter will be 2 in June. She’s my first so I have nothing to compare to, so bear with me if this is a silly FTM question. When she wakes up from a nap, she cries like a baby would. Cries and cries until I get her bottle (she still drinks from a bottle but I have it down to only nap/bedtime- any tips with breaking this habit are also welcome). Also in the middle of the night she’ll wake up crying for the bottle just to sip some water. She speaks fine and understands fine, she’s actually advanced for vocabulary so it’s not a communication issue. And sometimes when she wakes up she will call mama for me to get her or just get up on her own once in a while. But is it normal she still cries like that? I thought small babies cry like this because it’s their way to communicate. My daughter could easily say what she wants so I’m not sure why she cries and cries for it sometimes.
